Man Kya Hai ?

Ham sb k man me hamesha ye sawal chalta rahta hai ki mn kya hai, Ye samjhna ki man kya is k liye hme hi apne mn ko dekhna hoga, Vastvikta yah hai ki hamare mn me jo Vichar chalte rahte hain inhi Vicharo se mn nirmit hota hai.

Ab yah Janna mahtvapurn hoga ki kb se yah man nirmit hota hai, yani ye mtlab h ki kitne sal se yah ek bachhe k bhitar janam leta h ? Jab ek Bachha teen se char sal ka hota hai to dheere dheere vo bahar ki sabhi stithiyo k prati jagruk hone lagta h aur unko sunte hue, dekhte hue, unhi ka anukaran karte hue, unko atmsat krna shuru kr deta h aur ek nishchit samay k bad vo is yogya ho jata hai ki sabhi prakar ki bat cheet me vo bhag lena shuru kr deta h, to is tarah se mn ka janm hota h.

Ab apko ye post kaisi lagi hame comment kr k zarur bataye ya koi prashna ho to bhi puche...

Religion is living in the kitchen - Aum Meditation Center

There are all, what ever a person can do, trying to know just for know who am I, although any one want to be a money maker, position and other higher targets which has given everyone from his mind or his family. And in this Era, where if we will not be able to understand for what reason we are living and what is our goal of entire life; will never be any option available or some one to help you to give the path to understand it.

So my dear lovely friends here you can find around thousands of methods to know Who am I. From "AUM MEDITATION CENTER"

AUM MEDITATION CENTER
AUM MEDITATION CENTER
No need to make any restrictions, rules, principals to bond ourselves or our mind through different kind of  prejudice. because you are going to free and to be a free soul these are only making you slave. I remember Vivekanada said that the religion is living in the kitchen (Rasoiya) of Hindus. That means we have made the cultural  rules of Jati - Pati, Bhed - Bhav according to explanation of Brahmin, Khshtriya, Vaishya and shudra; (Verna) and divided everyone. Our Vedic Saints has given the perfect path to develop the human mind as much as you can or as Bhagwan Ram, Krishna, Patanjali, Mahaveer, Gautam Buddha, Gorakh, Mira, Dadu, Kabir etc.has done and given the formulas to be.

When we start hating to someone and just because of their professional work like a sweeper who work to wash the toilets or clean our atmosphere, he will be conscious to wash his hand very clearly and live better as much as better possibilities are available with cleanness matured nature, as required for his development both mentally as well as physically, so this is a secret part of benefit. But with the passage of time the actual results we forgot and only the third class mentality came in mind by our different leader that hate with everyone who works as a sweeper or working to clean the society of well mannered people.

So here we are all only the part of this existence or the loving child of this universe.
  • How this article  is beneficial for you; let me know through the comments to make the supreme posts for You.

What is Enlightenment ?

Aum Meditation CenterThe death of the mind is Enlightenment. When you are on zero stage, there are no ideas coming in your mind simply without any condition, you are just listening what ever surrounding voices are coming. It will be a short period of time for a sec or more than that. If you are continuously trying to make your self simple, innocent, receptive through the fix time of meditation which may be an hour or as long you want or through the Awareness of twenty four by seven just for few days (because it depends on you that how deep you can go and how much time you will take.) You will realize the love of
nature.

Just be natural so that you can remain in tune with existence. So that you can dance in the rain and you can dance in the sun and you can dance with the trees, and you can have a communion even with the rocks, with the mountains, with the stars.
Except this, there is no enlightenment.
Let me define it: Enlightenment is to be in tune with existence.
To be in tune with nature—the very nature of things—is enlightenment. Against nature there is only misery—and misery created by yourself. Nobody else is responsible for it.

Enlightenment means being fully conscious, aware. Ordinarily we are not conscious and not aware. We are doing things either out of habit or out of biological instincts…

Just as Freud's conscious mind, unconscious mind, and Jung says collective unconscious mind, I say there is a super conscious mind and collective conscious mind. To reach to the collective conscious mind they are going to the roots and I am going to the flowers.
But they're all interconnected and all the devices and matters are to discover in you, something which is simply watchfulness.

An Opportunity To Aware

Meditation is not a punishment don't take stress, just feel free, for a better experience you should have to leave all ideas even all idea also an idea but to be clean internally, virtually only this is the path. To understand exactly I am giving here a para of a Great personality...

When I say "become water" I mean become a flow; don't remain stagnant. Move, and move like water. Lao Tzu says: The way of the Tao is a watercourse way. It moves like water. What is the movement of water? or of a river? The movement has a few beautiful things about it. One, it always moves towards the depth, it always searches for the lowest ground. It is non-ambitious; it never hankers to be the first, it wants to be the last. Remember, Jesus says: Those who are the last here will be the first in my kingdom of God. He is talking about the watercourse way of Tao--not mentioning it, but talking about it. Be the last, be non-ambitious. Ambition means going uphill. Water goes down, it searches for the lowest ground, it wants to be a nonentity. It does not want to declare itself unique, exceptional, extraordinary. It has no ego idea.

Your all activity of the whole day should be an opportunity to aware. If you are taking water take it consciously as you have no life after taking water. If you are eating close your eyes at the point of chewing something and realize the taste and you will find very clearly that taste is increased in the food you will feel yourself more energetic, calm, refresh and satisfied after a single work which have done by you consciously.

Vipassana - The Final Destination

which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It means just see what ever going on in your surrounding calmly, be in present or to keep realization what is happening. It may be any kind of work like listening music, hearing voices of your atmosphere.Vipassana is one of the greatest meditations, but only in the hands of a master. In the hands of a technician it is the greatest danger. Either the man can become enlightened or the man can become mad; both possibilities are there, it all depends under whose guidance it is being done.
And if somebody is doing Vipassana for ten hours, almost the whole day, the sanity will give way. And then NO will not come to help, because he will not even be able to understand that this has happened because of Vipassana. And you cannot sue him in the court, because even the law does not understand that Vipassana can create madness in people.
My whole effort here is to keep you as non-serious as possible, for the simple reason that meditation, all kinds of meditation, can make you too serious and that seriousness will create a spiritual disease and nothing else.
Unless a meditation brings you more laughter, more joy, more playfulness, avoid it. It is not for you.

Clean Your Being

Aum Meditation CenterMeditation is nothing but trying to clean your being, trying to become fresh and young, trying to become more alive and more alert. If you are afraid of meditation it means you are afraid of life, you are afraid of awareness, and the resistance comes because you know that if you move into meditation, something is bound to happen. If you are not resisting at all, it may be because you don't take meditation very seriously, you don't take meditation very sincerely. Then you can play around – what is there to be afraid of?"
Start being aware with day-to-day, routine actions, and while you are doing your routine actions, remain relaxed.
“There is no need to be tense. When you are washing your floor, what is the need to be tense? Or when you are cooking the food, what is the need to be tense? There is not a single time in life that requires your tension. It is just your unawareness and your impatience.
“I have not found anything — and I have lived in all kind of ways, with all kinds of people. I have always been puzzled: why are they tense? It seems tension has nothing to do with anything outside you, it has something to do within you. Outside you always find an excuse only because it looks so idiotic to be tense without any reason. Just to rationalize, you find some reason outside yourself to explain why you are tense.

How To Meditate ?

  •  If you want to live a more fulfilled life, first you will want to know your potential, who you really are. Meditation is the route to that knowing. It is the methodology of the science of awareness.
Be peaceful, hear whatever you are hearing, see what you are seeing, do whatever you are doing but with awareness.
"Calmness is the ideal state in which we should receive all life's experiences,"Meditation may involve generating an emotional state for the purpose of analyzing that state—such as anger, hatred, etc.—or cultivating a particular mental response to various phenomena, such as compassion. The term "meditation" can refer to the state itself, as well as to practices or techniques employed to cultivate the state. Meditation may also involve repeating a mantra and closing the eyes. The mantra is chosen based on its suitability to the individual meditator. Meditation has a calming effect and directs awareness inward until pure awareness is achieved, described as "being awake inside without being aware of anything except awareness itself. In brief, there are dozens of specific styles of meditation practice, and many different types of activity commonly referred to as meditative practices.

Aum Meditation Center           Meditation means consciousness and everything whatever you are doing just do but with consciousness as you are working like a child carefully, like you don't have any knowledge just leave it, although you are going anywhere, eating something, in a meeting, here is no matter what you are doing but the matter is how you are doing, If you are doing with Meditation it will surely perfect. Your works define you and your Meditation also. So this is the way by which you can get the key of success in meditation in daily routines.

There are different ways to meditate, and since it’s such a personal practice there are probably more than any of us know about. There are a couple that are usually focused on heavily in scientific research, though. These are focused-attention, or mindful meditation, which is where you focus on one specific thing—it could be your breathing, a sensation in your body or a particular object outside of you. The point of this type of meditation is to focus strongly on one point and continually bring your attention back to that focal point when it wanders.

When you will start Meditation you will realize there are thousands of thoughts are coming continuously.
Walking meditation can be just as profound as sitting meditation, and has the advantage of bringing the meditative experience into our activity. There are a number of different walking meditations. Our variation is informal and easy. It allows you to be more present in your body and in the present moment. Feel the entire foot, being aware of how it moves as the heel is placed on the ground, and then the movement rolls to the ball of the foot and toes. Notice how it feels as the foot lifts and moves forward. Allow your awareness to move up through every part of the body, noticing the sensations as you walk.
